Marina Botafoch has a gas station that offers a more flexible schedule than Marina Ibiza, allowing night moorings during the season, as long as you leave early the next day. Although the facilities are of old construction, they offer a wide availability of pontoons and moorings . It highlights an outdoor dock for large boats, quiet and with panoramic views of Dalt Vila , ideal for clients seeking discretion and privacy.
In addition to its complete offering of boutiques and boat and villa rental offices , Marina Botafoch is known for its gastronomic variety . Among those recommended are La Tratoría del Mar , Temakiño and Los Pasajeros de Botafoch . There is also a nautical store inside the port and an ATM in the gas station building . Ibiza Magna
Located at the foot of Dalt Vila , the old town of Ibiza, it is the oldest on the island and borders the lively neighborhood of La Marina , full of shops with their own character. With 85 berths for boats up to 60 meters in length and 10 meters in maximum draft , the port promenade area has recently been renovated, offering a cleaner and more open atmosphere, with a wide range of restaurants , shops and terraces.
Although it still retains its old appearance , with only two floating pontoons, the facilities are quite old, its location is excellent. It does not have a gas station , parking area , bathrooms or changing rooms , and it has few moorings, making it difficult to get a place in the middle of the season. In this area is the Balearia Station , from where the ferries leave for Formentera , the port lacks ATMs inside.

Ibiza Yacht Club
It is the next marina after Ibiza Magna . If you walk from the old port along the promenade towards Talamanca beach, you will find it just behind the Balearia Maritime Station. It has several pontoons for members and a floating pontoon for pedestrians . The facilities are also old, although the external floating dock is new. It has all the amenities, including changing rooms and bathrooms , and it has a very convenient location if you want to go out in Ibiza.
The port cafeteria is very spacious , with a spacious and beautiful terrace that offers spectacular views and a menu of affordable and fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The port does not have any ATM inside. The treatment is very friendly from the office and the sailors, who are usually attentive at any time of the day and night . It is possibly the best option to spend a night moored in the city of Ibiza , due to its proximity to the city , but without being in the hustle and bustle, like Ibiza Magna. Still, it is advisable to reserve well in advance.
You should keep in mind that these two marinas are very close to the ferry moorings that go to Formentera . They are passenger motor catamarans of more than 30 and 40 meters that, when performing their maneuvers, create a movement of the water that shakes the boats moored in these two marinas . It is highly recommended to moor away from the pontoons and go down via a gangway to avoid possible damage in these situations. It is also something to keep in mind if you spend the night on board, as the boat will move more at these times.

The facilities , managed by agents of the Port Authority of San Antonio during business hours, are old in nature. It is common to encounter difficulties communicating by radio outside of these hours , although if they adjust to their work calendar, they will be able to provide assistance . After mooring, a key is provided to access the pontoons , and the changing rooms are shared with a picturesque public beach bar. It is important to note that in rough seas , the movement of the water can be considerable, so special attention must be paid when securing the boat.
